Are handstands achievable for most everyone who wants to learn?
ABSOLUTELY YES! Age, fitness level and physiology aside, most everyone can start a handstand practice. It's important though to take in some underlying health factors associated with the heart, certain medications, and what you're going to learn here: JOINT HEALTH AND MOBILITY!
What if I'm a beginner?
Then this is seriously the best place for you! There are very specific things that your joints need to be able to do, no matter where in your handstand practice you may be. Most people start with the drills and end up having to stop or back off because their body/joints didn't have the necessary ranges to handle what was being asked during the handstand practice. If you can start off with good ranges and joint health and add the drills and tips learned here on top of that, you're already more set for success!
Will this course progress me if I already have a handstand practice?
Again, ABSOLUTELY YES!
If you started your practice but there are still joints lacking necessary mobility and health, the drills and your practice will only take you so far. Like any movement, the body needs to have specific ranges with control and strength in order to feel good and feel strong enough to continue to progress. If there are ranges lacking, then other parts will compensate that could lead to possible injury or pain, or an inability to continue to improve.
How does this course differ from so many other handstand workout/courses?

Learn to self assess your joint's health and ability to move to certain ranges (most specifically those used in handstands) in order to determine what exactly all those parts need to be doing to hold and balance weight over your hands. I will take you through science based techniques to increase flexibility, control, strength and awareness to improve these areas.
This is the course that will make you better able to apply to any other course you decide to take!
